Sergant Major Abudefduf saxatilis
It derives its name (sergeant major) from the five black bars that resemble the insignia of sergeant major in the military. The Sergeant Major can grow up to 8 inches. Sergeant Majors are a plankton-eating damselfish. Interestingly the males guard the nest of eggs from other fish until they hatch.
